Iris teaches holistic wellness and seamlessly integrates spirituality, yoga, and unapologetic self-love into everyday life. Sharing her knowledge online through courses and one-on-one life coaching she inspires women globally to strive for radiance and mindfulness, creating a community that learns together by continuously shifting the narrative from Older to Wiser. Iris’ dharma path is to provide a safe haven, and so has always drawn in clients in need of healing, whether from physical or emotional trauma. It is difficult to see beauty from a place of pain, but as Iris operates from the understanding that everyone is unique and beautiful, she combines her extensive knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology with intuitive
aromatherapy and energy healing, allowing her clients to break free from their stories and live an authentic, radiant life.

Iris studied yoga and non-duality with some great contemporary yoga masters, namely Yogarupa Rod Stryker, Tias Little, Jyothy Jo Manuel, and many more. Through daily practice and continuous study, she grew into teaching yoga as a contemplative path.
Yoga is for every body, not just the physically able; with Iris, you will learn to use yoga and meditation as basic maintenance for physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Today Iris continues to expand and evolve by connecting with luminaries globally and is a member of Mindvalley, where she found the chance to integrate daily learning into her self-care routines.
Iris works with the understanding that everything is connected, regardless of whether we are aware of it or not and whether we choose to believe it or not. Trusting the flow and connecting to a celestial healing ‘team’ activates energy from the subatomic, molecular, genetic, mathematical, musical, physical, and super luminary aspects, and so a deep and powerful healing can occur. Drawing in energy healing is an essential part of all life coaching sessions, be it in person, on the phone or via Zoom.

When I was later diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukaemia Iris (and yoga) helped me through the process of adapting to my new role as a patient.

I heard about yoga for the first time when I was 9 years old, and copying poses from a magazine, it felt like coming home - I recognised it as something that was already part of me. Alas, yoga was not a thing
in my small German town, and my super athletic family tried to push me into sports instead.
Without a competitive streak in my body, I instead
chose art, drugs and rock’n’roll, embarking on a tumultuous journey that saw me living in Hong Kong and China for 7 years and travelling throughout Asia. However, it is hard to escape your purpose, and while
there, I slowly found my way back to my origins of spirituality and peace.
Despite this knowledge, I chose a long detour into my own abundance: I moved to London and into the high flying world of international sales, which left me totally ungrounded. I crashed into motherhood at 38, full of love and with a big hole where my identity used to be, and when my brother died at the age of 40, I fell into a state of despair that made me deeply reevaluate my seemingly successful life.
I finally followed my dharma path and became a teacher and healer; healing myself and releasing my toxic self-destructive patterns allowed me to leave an unhappy marriage along the way.
Perhaps my proudest achievement is that I showed my daughters that abundance is a mindset and that we are worth everything we could possibly wish for — it’s up to us to grab life with both hands.

Today I divide my time between London and my spiritual home in the Creuse area in the deepest rural France, being a mum to 2 teenage girls, 2 black cats and 1 tiny black-and-white powderpuff dog.
Depending on which country I’m in, you can find me roaming the parks of London with the powderpuff, hand pouring candles in my kitchen, talking to ancient trees in the forest, or waterskiing on the lake.
